Note:

Steps:
1. Open the battery cover and insert 2 batteries.
2. Place the device on the gel pad by pressing the button.
3. Put the electrode pad on the body.
4. Press the UP button to start, and then repeatedly press the "PROGRAM" button to select the mode. Every time you press the "PROGRAM" button, another LED will light up, indicating one of the 5 programmed exercise programs. Choose the program according to your needs.
5. Press the UP / INC button several times to carefully increase the intensity. Before the muscles contract, you will notice a tingling sensation. Once the muscle is bent, it will pile up and relax. If you feel a strong and comfortable contraction of your muscles, adjust the intensity according to your comfort. There are 10 levels of intensity. Each time you press the UP/INC button, you will increase the intensity in one step, and each time you press the OFF/DECEMBER button, you will decrease the intensity in one step.
6. To turn off the device, press the OFF/LOW button several times until the LED light goes out.
